If the English have Happy Hour, the Italians have aperitivo, Mademoiselle Mouche, on the other hand, has the Sunset Ritual! From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., all as the sun, prices are slowly declining (Spritz and Rosé Minuty), while the the beat of the party rises gradually.
